Lindsey Brown is an artist and curator based in New York City and Dutchess County, NY. In a convergence between the documentation of her nightly dreams and day to day inspiration from nature, her mixed media paintings, prints and drawings layer imagery with text, poured paint, gold leaf, drawings and collaged elements to create map-like, diaristic dreamscapes. Presently, Lindsey works from her studio in upstate New York and on the Lower East Side in NYC.
